Last weekend was the WOW Summit by Moms Meet in Orlando, Florida
The conference was full of workshops and vendors on raising your kids healthy
The WOW Summit was held in Orlando, Florida @ Caribe Royal Resort.
Took a break from the conference and found this awesome gym to workout!

Was able to catch the ending of Alabama vs. LSU in the hotel lobby.
The second day at lunch I hit another local gym, called Power Fitness.
All the healthy vendors that participated this WOW Summit, some of my favorites Zevia, Aquasana Water, Sweet Leaf, and Smart Flour
And yes you can even bring your kids to the conference. :/
So thankful, I had some time to meet a childhood friend. 22 years since I have seen this beautiful lady, my friend Sonia who lives in Orlando.
