The BBC Active Challenge is an 8-week program designed to assist participants maintain active goals. This Challenge explores practical topics essential to maintaining a healthy lifestyle, such as:
· Increasing physical activity
· Overcoming weight loss plateaus
· Staying motivated
The Active Challenge provides high energy, fitness classes and friendly, team-based competitions to improve our clients' health, happiness and communication skills. Our trainers develop a mentoring relationship with clients so participants feel comfortable and connected. We laugh, sweat, support one another, and build morale together. Most importantly, we have fun while doing it!
PROGRAM DETAILS
· Our challenge runs for 8 weeks with the starting date of September 6, 2016.· The Challenge is open to those 18 and older.· Points can be earned by:o 5 points per fitness classo 3 points per personal training sessiono 1 point per 15 minute gym workout with a maximum of 4 points per day
Each participant will have their own scorecard in a folder in Christy’s office. You can obtain your card to have it initialed by your trainer or class instructor at the end of each session/class. Check in with Christy at the beginning and end of free gym time.
PRIZES
First Place - 2 FREE personal training sessions or 1 free month of gym & classes
Second place - 1 FREE PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION
Third place - TBD
