Today we are talking about boundaries to work on self-care. It took me years of therapy to realize I never learned boundaries growing up which led to a slew of issues in my adult life. Even today at the age of 45 I'm still working on healthy boundaries with the people in my life. My husband always reminds me, fences make for better relationships.
